Payment Report — Feature Overview

The Payment Report helps you keep track of the money side of your bookings. It comes in two flavors, depending on what you want to look at.

1. Payment Report (per booking)

This report gives you a clear picture of how much each guest owes, how much they've already paid, and what's still outstanding.

What you can do with it:

  • See all bookings for a chosen date range
  • Filter to show only bookings with an open balance (so you can chase up unpaid amounts)
  • Search for a specific booking or guest
  • View the full breakdown per booking: arrival/departure dates, guest name, total amount due, amount paid, and amount still open
  • Click straight through to a booking from the report
  • Download the whole report as an Excel or PDF file to share, print, or archive

Who it's for: Anyone responsible for managing payments and following up on unpaid bookings.

2. Park Payment Report (payments collected on-site)

This report shows you all payments that were taken at the park itself — for example, cash at reception, card payments on the POS, bank transfers, or online card payments.

What you can do with it:

  • See every on-site payment within a chosen date range
  • Filter by payment method (Cash, Card online, Bank transfer, POS/PIN)
  • Filter by type (Payment or Refund)
  • Search for a specific booking or guest
  • View each payment's details: which booking it belongs to, guest name, amount, date created, date billed, payment method, and any remarks
  • Click straight through to the payments tab of any booking
  • Download the report as an Excel file

Who it's for: Reception, finance, and park managers who need an overview of money collected at the park.

Key things to know

  • Both reports automatically use the park you're currently working in — no need to set it manually.
  • The first report focuses on what's owed to the booking system; the second focuses on what's already been collected on-site. Together they give you a full payment picture.
  • Cancelled bookings are excluded from the Payment Report so you only see relevant ones.
  • Reports always reflect the latest data, so what you download is up to date at the moment of export.
