How to Use the Cleaner Interface

1. View Assigned Tasks

  1. Log in to ResortNet as a cleaner.

  2. Navigate to the Task list.

  3. Review tasks for the day, sorted by priority (Red > Yellow > Purple > Green).

2. Manage Individual Tasks

  1. Click on a task to view details, including:

    • Any extra services requested by guests.

    • Inventory notes (e.g., missing or excess items).

  2. Click Start when you are at the accommodation and ready to start the cleaning and Finish when you are done with cleaning the accommodation
  3. Add remarks if needed:

    • Example: Report missing items .

  4. Create additional tasks if required:

    • Report broken appliances or maintenance needs.

    • Add gardening or lost & found tasks as applicable.
