1. Create a Lost & Found Task

While reviewing or cleaning a unit, cleaner can report any guest belongings left behind.

Navigate to the Lost & Found section ider from the menu under CMG, or from the Dashboard click "There are x new Lost&Found task created Click here to see them".

Create a new task from the Lost&Found list and include:

Description of the item.

Select Unit number where the item was found.
- Cleaner can create a new lost& found task directly from the cleaning task related to the accomodation by clicking "Create Issue" and selecting "Lost&Found " from the Department dropdown
2. Manage Lost & Found Items

Review the task list and update item status once resolved.

Mark the task as completed when the item is returned to the guest or logged for storage
