How to Handle Lost & Found Items

1. Create a Lost & Found Task

  1. While reviewing or cleaning a unit, cleaner can report any guest belongings left behind.

  2. Navigate to the Lost & Found section ider from the menu under CMG, or from the Dashboard click "There are x new Lost&Found task created Click here to see them".

  3. Create a new task from the Lost&Found list and include:

    •  Description of the item.

    • Select Unit number where the item was found.

  4. Cleaner can create a new lost& found task directly from the cleaning task related to the accomodation by clicking "Create Issue" and selecting "Lost&Found " from the Department dropdown 

2. Manage Lost & Found Items

  1. Review the task list and update item status once resolved.

  2. Mark the task as completed when the item is returned to the guest or logged for storage
