This smart, real-time tool helps you stay on top of arrivals, departures, and everything in between. Whether it’s a busy Saturday morning or a quiet night shift, you’ll always know exactly who’s in the house, who’s arriving, and who’s overdue — all at a glance.

Think of it as your digital assistant: fast, reliable, and always ready with the right info so you can focus on what you do best — making guests feel welcome.


2. Key Features

Dynamic Arrival & Departure Lists

Say goodbye to cluttered spreadsheets!
Guests automatically move from the list once they’re checked in or out — so you always see what matters right now.

Sub-menus include:

  • Arrivals → Guests starting their stay today
  • Departures → Guests ending their stay today
  • Guests In House → Everyone currently checked in
  • Overdue → Guests who missed their check-in or check-out time

Enhanced Table Columns

Each list gives you everything you need at a glance — no digging around.
You’ll see details like:

You can personalize the table by selecting what columns you want to see.

Need to find one specific booking or check who’s arriving in the villas? Easy!
Filter by:

  • Accommodation type or number

  • Total reservations on arrival and departure list and total number of guest in the In House list

3. How It Works

Let’s walk through a day in your shoes.

Step 1: Log In

Start your shift by logging into ResortFlow.
Your dashboard instantly shows who’s coming, who’s going, and who’s already settled in.

Step 2: Check-In Guests

  •      Open the Arrivals list → click Check In for each guest as they arrive.
  •          In the same Check-in form you can register any overdue payment the guest might have.
  •          You can now check-in all traveling parties from the same modal, mentioning arrival and departure date for each.
  •         Once checked in, their reservation automatically moves to the In House list.
    No extra steps, no confusion!

Step 3: Check-Out Guests

When it’s time to say goodbye, open the Departures list → click Check Out.
The reservation then will be removed from the list.

Step 4: Night Shift View

Use Guest In House during evening or night shifts for quick emergency reference and occupancy checks. 👫Traveling party data cand be viewed and edited on the In House list.
